Refund and Replacement Policy

The BooSox Team will refund or replace any faulty BooSox product with the same style and size as originally ordered if goods:

• are or become faulty through no fault of your own
• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
• don’t match our description or sample
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.on.

Please return your faulty BooSox within 7 days of purchase, advising if you would prefer a refund or replacement. Please include your contact details and a copy of ‘Proof of Purchase’.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
